How We Feel We're Different...

Naturally, Bill and Dee care immensely for pets (with special focus on our canine companions). We surely expect and hope that all mid-day pet care providers have the same basis to their operation, so we will not target that issue as a fundamental distinguishing feature of Dog Walker Bill & Co. In the same vein, we share with other area pet care providers membership in Pet Sitters International, and follow their guidelines for quality service. There are, however, a combination of facets to our service that we believe set us apart from our competitors. Among them are:
- We purposefully limit the number of clients we serve at any given time so that we can more closely insure consistency in our daily schedule, as well as the amount of time we can devote to each of "our" pets.
- We leave a daily note indicating, among other aspects of our visit, the time we arrived. We take that a step further and provide our clients with the URL of a website on which you will find a photo of your pet(s) and the time of our visit.*
- We were mid-day dog care clients before we were providers, so we fully understand your side of our arrangement. As such, we do not charge for cancellations of service so long as you call or email us by 9:00AM.
- We are open and available for Monday through Friday service (and most weekends), including Federal Holidays and school Holidays. A Holiday surcharge will only be applied on Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
